The best solution is to put a bottle of water in which you can 1.5 liters of liquid and for eight hours of work drink this water, trying to drink everything, and if something stays it should just drink it at home. Make sure that drinking water is your regular habit, and indeed something everyday. In addition, pay attention to the fact that you can also find water in fruits and vegetables. Try to eat as many products as possible, especially if they are fresh. Thanks to the consumption of vegetables and fruits, your body will not only get water, but also very important antioxidants that protect the skin against the effects of aging.

Diet for acne problems

According to Wikipedia , four types of acne can be distinguished:

  • Rosacea (Latin Rosacea) – a chronic skin disease (dermatosis) affecting people of adulthood, which consists in the appearance of erythema, follicular and pustular eruptions.
  • Chloracne acne (Latin chloracne) – a dermatological syndrome associated with exposure to dioxins. Toxic action of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins on the skin consists of hyperkeratosis and epidermal hyperplasia, hyperkeratosis of hair follicles as well as impaired function and structure of sebaceous glands.
  • Juvenile acne (Latin Acne vulgaris) – skin disease, the onset of which occurs in pubertal age, when under the influence of hormonal changes (excessive androgen stimulation), the activity of sebaceous glands (seborrhoea) is over-stimulated.
  • Acne acne (Latin acne neonatorum) – painless skin ailment, occurring in the first months of a child’s life. Duration is usually a few days to several weeks. The cause of the baby’s acne is unknown.

Researchers have long understood that it is often the result of a Western diet, i.e. a highly processed diet, that causes acne. Research was carried out on a large number of populations, for instance among Kitava residents in Papua New Guinea.The diet of the inhabitants of the region is rich in fruits, fish and coconuts, and no case has been found among the inhabitants of this population that would confirm the occurrence of acne in them. Researchers have come to similar observations by observing the inhabitants of Kenya, Zambia and the Bantu tribes that are found in South Africa. They were compared with their compatriots who had left for the United States and were noticed that they were much less likely to suffer from this type of discomfort than they did. Scientists do not leave a dry thread on the Western diet and report that the main culprit is the disturbed ratio of omega-3 to omega-3 fatty acids and excess carbohydrates with a low glycemic index.
